Welcome to GGWP.no. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Riddle AS ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Norway (org.nr. 922 171 874), regarding your access to and use of our esports team management platform, including our website, applications, APIs, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization (such as an esports team or company), you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make changes:

• Material changes: We will notify you by email and through a prominent notice in the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. For changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, we may require you to actively accept the new terms before continuing to use the Service.
• Minor changes: Non-material changes (such as clarifications or corrections) may take effect immediately upon posting. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you may close your account before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after material changes take effect (and after any required acceptance) constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms.

To use GGWP.no, you must meet certain eligibility requirements and maintain your account in good standing.

Age Requirements

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use our Service. If you are between 16 and 18 years old, you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.

Account Registration

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep this information updated
• Create a strong password and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not
• Notify us immediately at security@ggwp.no if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account
• Not share your account credentials with others or allow others to access your account

Account Types

We offer different account types including individual accounts, team accounts, and organization accounts. Each account type has different features, permissions, and responsibilities as described in our documentation. Team and organization accounts may have multiple users with varying permission levels.

One Account Per Person

Each individual may only maintain one personal account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, abuse our services, or manipulate platform features is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of all associated accounts.

GGWP.no provides a comprehensive esports team management platform designed to help teams and organizations operate more efficiently and compete at their best.

Platform Features

Our Service includes, but is not limited to:

• Team Management: Create and manage esports teams, organizational structures, and staff assignments
• Roster Management: Track player rosters, contracts, roles, and availability across multiple game titles
• Scheduling: Schedule matches, scrimmages, practice sessions, and team activities with timezone support
• Analytics: Track performance metrics, match statistics, and player development over time
• Scouting: Research and evaluate potential players using our scouting database and tools
• Finance: Manage team budgets, player contracts, prize winnings, and sponsorship tracking
• Integrations: Connect with gaming platforms, league systems, and third-party services

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability and reliability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice when possible)
• Emergency maintenance or critical security updates
• Technical issues or system failures
• Factors outside our reasonable control (network issues, third-party outages)

Service Modifications

We continuously improve our platform and may modify, update, or discontinue features at any time. For significant changes that materially affect your use of the Service, we will provide reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

You agree to use GGWP.no only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Maintaining a safe and fair environment for all users is essential to our community.

Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
• Use the Service for any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading purposes
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim affiliation with any person or organization
• Harass, abuse, threaten, stalk, or intimidate other users
• Post or transmit content that is hateful, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Engage in match-fixing, cheating, boosting, or other activities that violate competitive integrity
• Manipulate statistics, rankings, or other platform data through fraudulent means
• Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account
• Collect or harvest personal information of other users without consent

Technical Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks
• Use automated systems, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the Service without our written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Service
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks
• Circumvent any access controls, rate limits, or usage limitations
• Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code into the Service

Content Standards

All content you create, upload, or share through the Service must comply with our Community Guidelines and must not contain:

• Hate speech, discrimination, or content promoting violence
• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene material
• Content that promotes self-harm, suicide, or dangerous activities
• Spam, phishing attempts, or deceptive content
• Content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
• Private or confidential information of others without consent

GGWP.no allows you to create, upload, and share various types of content. Understanding your rights and responsibilities regarding this content is important.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload to the Service ("User Content"), including team profiles, player information, strategies, and other materials. By posting User Content, you grant GGWP.no a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content solely for the purposes of operating, improving, and promoting the Service.

Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting it. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the content or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to use it
• Your content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party
• Your content complies with these Terms, our Community Guidelines, and all applicable laws
• You have obtained consent from any individuals whose personal information or likeness appears in your content

Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, design, and branding, is owned by GGWP.no and protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent.

Copyright Complaints

We respect intellectual property rights and respond to notices of alleged infringement. If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed on our platform, please send a detailed notice to legal@ggwp.no including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on our Service
• Your contact information (name, address, email, phone number)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate
• Your physical or electronic signature

GGWP.no offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. This section outlines the terms governing payments and subscriptions.

Subscription Plans

We offer Free, Pro, and Enterprise subscription tiers. Current pricing, features, and plan details are available on our pricing page at ggwp.no/pricing. All prices are displayed in NOK and include applicable VAT where required by law.

Billing Terms

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis, either monthly or annually depending on your selection
• By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees
• We may change our prices with at least 30 days advance notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You may cancel before the new prices take effect if you do not agree to the change

Right of Withdrawal (Angrerett)

For consumers in Norway and the EEA: Under the Right of Cancellation Act (angrerettloven), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of subscribing, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., email to support@ggwp.no) before the 14-day period expires. Upon valid withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you within 14 days.

Important: If you begin using the digital service during the withdrawal period, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the service provided up to the point of withdrawal. By starting to use the Service immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.

Free Trials

We may offer free trial periods for certain subscription plans. At the end of your trial period, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends. We will send you a reminder before your trial expires. You may only use one free trial per account.

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support at support@ggwp.no
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period—you will retain access to paid features until then
• After cancellation, your account will revert to the Free tier with limited features
• You will have the opportunity to export your data before your paid subscription ends

Refunds

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, refunds may be provided in the following circumstances:

• Billing errors or duplicate charges
• Extended service outages (more than 24 consecutive hours)
• Technical issues that prevent you from using the Service
• Where required by Norwegian consumer protection law or other applicable law
• Other circumstances as determined by our support team on a case-by-case basis

To request a refund, contact our support team at support@ggwp.no within 30 days of the charge in question.

Both you and Riddle AS have the right to terminate your account and use of the Service under certain circumstances.

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time for any reason by using the account deletion feature in your settings or by contacting our support team at support@ggwp.no. Upon termination:

• Your right to access and use the Service will cease at the end of your current billing period
• You remain responsible for any fees incurred before termination
• You will have the opportunity to export your data before deletion
• Your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy and data retention practices

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account in the following circumstances:

• With 30 days notice: For inactive accounts (no login for 24 months or more), non-payment of fees, or discontinuation of the Service. We will notify you by email and give you the opportunity to export your data.
• With 14 days notice: For violations of these Terms or our policies that are not immediately harmful. We will explain the violation and give you an opportunity to remedy the issue.
• Immediately: For serious violations including fraudulent or illegal activities, security threats, repeated violations after warning, or as required by law. Even in these cases, we will notify you of the termination and the reason, unless prohibited by law.

Right to Appeal

If your account is terminated, you may appeal the decision by contacting legal@ggwp.no within 30 days. We will review your appeal and respond within 14 days.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account:

• All licenses granted to you under these Terms will terminate
• You will have 30 days to export your data (unless terminated for serious violations or as required by law)
• Your personal data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy, typically within 30 days after the export period
• Content you shared with teams or made public may remain visible to others unless specifically deleted by you before termination
• Provisions of these Terms that should survive termination will remain in effect, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification (for business users), and limitations of liability

Refunds Upon Termination

If we terminate your account without cause, we will provide a pro-rata refund for any prepaid subscription fees for the unused portion of your subscription period.

Please read this section carefully as it addresses liability limitations. These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Service Standards

We strive to provide a reliable, high-quality service. However, we cannot guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every specific requirement. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is required by law.

Consumer Rights Preserved

Important: If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have under Norwegian consumer protection law, including but not limited to:

• The Consumer Purchases Act (forbrukerkjøpsloven)
• The Marketing Control Act (markedsføringsloven)
• The Right of Cancellation Act (angrerettloven)
• The E-Commerce Act (e-handelsloven)

These statutory rights cannot be waived or limited by contract. Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with your mandatory consumer rights, your statutory rights shall prevail.

No Guarantees

Subject to your statutory rights, we do not warrant or guarantee that:

• The Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations
• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors or defects in the Service will be corrected within a specific timeframe
• The Service will be compatible with all devices, browsers, or systems

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) NOK 1,000.

This limitation does NOT apply to:

• Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Gross negligence (grov uaktsomhet) or willful misconduct
• Any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Norwegian law
• Breach of your statutory consumer rights

Exclusion of Certain Damages

Subject to the exceptions above and to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party websites, services, or applications. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, practices, or policies of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties.

For business users: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Riddle AS (operating as GGWP.no), its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising directly from:

• Your material breach of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable law in connection with your use of the Service
• Your infringement of any third-party intellectual property rights through content you upload or share
• User Content you create that is defamatory, illegal, or violates the rights of others
• Unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials after being advised to do so

This indemnification obligation does not apply to claims arising from our own negligence, breach of contract, or misconduct.

For consumers: This indemnification section does not apply to you if you are a consumer using the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. Consumer liability is governed by the limitations set forth in the "Disclaimers & Limitations" section and applicable consumer protection law.

We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, in which case you agree to cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses. We will not settle any claim that would impose liability on you without your consent.

This section explains how legal disputes will be handled. Please read it carefully.

Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway. If you are a consumer residing in the European Economic Area, you will also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, we encourage you to first contact us at legal@ggwp.no to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will try to resolve the issue within 30 days. Many concerns can be resolved quickly through open communication.

Consumer Dispute Resolution

If you are a consumer and we are unable to resolve your complaint informally, you have the right to file a complaint with:

• Forbrukerrådet (Norwegian Consumer Council): Provides free guidance and can help mediate disputes. Website: forbrukerradet.no
• EU Online Dispute Resolution Platform: For consumers in the EU/EEA, you may also use the ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/odr

Optional Arbitration

For business users, if informal resolution is unsuccessful, either party may elect to resolve disputes through arbitration administered in Oslo, Norway. Arbitration is voluntary and requires mutual agreement. The arbitration shall be conducted in English or Norwegian as agreed by the parties.

For consumers: This arbitration clause does not affect your statutory rights to bring claims before the ordinary courts of Norway or your country of residence, or to seek assistance from consumer protection authorities.

Court Jurisdiction

For disputes that are not resolved through the above mechanisms, the ordinary courts of Norway shall have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer residing in the EEA, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices.

How We'll Notify You

When we make changes to these Terms:

• For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days notice through email or a prominent notice within the Service
• Minor changes (such as clarifications) may take effect immediately

Your Options

If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you may close your account before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These general provisions apply to the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and GGWP.no regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of GGWP.no.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section is void.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, civil disorder, pandemic, government actions, or failures of third-party services.

The section headings in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of any provision.
